- The Customer has the right, after purchasing a subscription to Dogres, to file a claim for the duration of the subscription.
- If customer wants to cancel his subscription, he must contact support at info@dogres.cz to cancel his subscription and refund the unused subscription to him.
- Customer cannot refund used subscription. The used subscription is the elapsed month (as of the last day of the month) of the ordered Dogres subscription.
