Complaints Procedure

  1. The Customer has the right, after purchasing a subscription to Dogres, to file a claim for the duration of the subscription.
  2. If customer wants to cancel his subscription, he must contact support at info@dogres.cz to cancel his subscription and refund the unused subscription to him.
  3. Customer cannot refund used subscription. The used subscription is the elapsed month (as of the last day of the month) of the ordered Dogres subscription.
